Aftermarket 91-92 Firbird/TA/GTA Fog and Turn signals?

I've been upgrading to LED lights on my newly acquired '91 GTA, and I'm having a bear of a time with the redone fog and turn signal/running lights. The left turn signal has had plastic deformation on the corner, and the right hand fog light is rusted all to hell ( wire grommet came out of the light housing ).

Is anyone aware of anyone making ( hopefully lighter weight and less rust prone ) front turn signals and fog lamps?

If not, looks like I'm stuck with junkyard or NOS turn signals, but are the fog lights the same on the 91-92's as they are on the rest of the third gens?

91-92 Fog lights are a specific shape unique to those years. if i recall somebody on here used the fog assembly from a hyundai ?? that conformed closely to the shape pf the bumper

What did you use for LED bulbs for the H3 fog light bulb? I've been looking for something brighter/shine farther than the stock halogen.

I used this bulb for the fog lights in my car. I had to put a hole in the back of the mounting housing and bracket to accommodate the heat sink on the back, along with hole sawing a small piece of the bumper. I also pulled the lens off and removed the shield in the lamp housing since the LED projects light only to the side and there is no direct light coming from a filament, the shield was rusty looking and I didn't want it.

I got the 6k color temp bulb since I prefer a more white light. This mod was so nice, I actually wound up using these for headlights for a while since my HIDs were getting bad and I could not see as well. I also have wired my fog lights to act like DRLs

Also I used the VLED switchbacks in the turn/running housing. There was no modification necessary with the correct bulb number purchase and the adapter harnesses. The running light is white and switches to amber when signaling, then there is about a 1 second delay when you stop signal until the white comes back on

With the two lights on they are very bright and the same color temp. I like felling that I am more visible now compared to the stock lighting, except there is no chance for things melting from a hot halogen bulb

These will fit in '91 - '92 Birds:
Amazon Amazon

Yes, they're square and not the EXACT same shape as the OEM fog lamp housings, but once you bolt them in using the OEM plastic retainers, you can't tell the difference and they look factory. I have them in my '91 GTA using 50 watt halogen bulbs. All of the L.E.D. bulbs I've tried in the fog light housings didn't put out nearly enough light.
