91 RS blinker issue
When I turn on my dash lights, the left turn indicator turns on and stays on, if I click the turn lever to left it again stays solid but not flashing outside, when I click to right, it turns off and my right indicator on the dash turns on and blinks and outside blinkers work. I have checked the blinker bulb and they are fine. The left front signal light socket has been replaced and has splicedconnections covered in electrical tape

A bulb out
Check them all. Using the hazards makes it eeeezyer. Check carefully that no bulb has its contacts touching both socket contacts, or that any bulb is jammed in backwards with the low filament connected to the high contact and vice-versa. The bulbs have 2 little projections: one is closer to the bottom than the other, make sure EVERY bulb is oriented correctly.
Not likely to be a problem with light grounding although not impossible either.
