Power window switch

What male connector on the switch is for power and which is for ground? Also even with a thicker power source wire it still smokes and heats up a lot would where it's plugged in on the switch affect this or is it the fuse source? Or could it be one of the other wires

Re: Power window switch

The only way a switch gets hot is if there is too much power draw on the circuit either by bad wiring, a bad switch or the object that is requiring power is rusing too much power to function.
