Hey guys, I've been visiting this site alot for diagnostic issues for my '87 Trans Am. So firstly thank you all for the help.
I purchased my baby a while ago and have been undoing alot of rigging and shotty wiring work to get it back into somewhat close to factory. And I've hit a road block with this odd push button ignition switch and accessories.
I'll upload a photo hopefully with this but from what I see I believe I'm dealing with the following cancers.
-push button ignition (which bypasses the suspected faulty ignition switch)
-kill switch (grey item)
-relay of unknown function -The relay (red & white wires) is attached to 2 yellow wires, on slightly larger than the other. -the kill switch (non functional by the way) is attached to 2 light green wires joined together, 1 light brown wire & 1 yellow wire The push button ignition switch is spliced onto 1 red wire and 1 pink wire
