Lost the ignition circuit

Early model year 88 IROC, ran drove and started when I drove it home, swapped out the engine and trans with another 5.7 that I had out of another IROC. I also changed all sensors from the original motor but I'm not using the emissions, no air pump, egr etc. The car does not appear to have vats no chip in the key, no harness that I can see under the dash I have 2 other IROCs that do. When you turn the ignition on everything works and I can us a remote starter to fire the engine what am I missing?

Re: Lost the ignition circuit

Could be an issue with wiring or a component of the Aftermarket remote start system...
Neutral safety Circuit could have to been messed with for the Aftermarket remote start system...

Put a Test light on the Terminal of the 10AWG Wire that goes to the starter solenoid (unplug the wire from the starter solenoid)...
have someone turn the Ignition lock cylinder to the "Crank" position, while you look for the Test Light to illuminate.

No light means there is an issue with that Circuit.
