Alot of good feedback from the Wells MAF. wve 5s2640. Installed on car. Now has high idle. Anyone ome across this? Does tbe car have a learning phase?

Definitely a learning period especially if you disconnected the battery for any length of time

There is not much of a learning phase. Idle should not be high.
How high is the idle compare to baseline in terms of RPM?
Maybe you have an air leak post MAF after installing the MAF.
Any scan tool available to see data stream?
