Starting issues

Let me start with this. There's a 2 main issues here, but only 1 is electrical, which is the most concerning to me at the moment.

I have an 86 Camaro. Not quite sure what type it is, but it has the 3 horizontal slits in the front under the emblem with a 173 cid engine which I believe is the stock v6 2.8L (I could be wrong about stock since I can't find many YouTube vids of my engine except for trans-ams).

I started having issues a while ago getting the car to start, though I could still get it going. It would need to crank for a minute or 2, or in myselfs impatient case, a few turns of the key. The issue is 98% a fuel issue in my eyes, so I changed the fuel pump, filter, injectors, fuel pump relay, and the lines look fine. I haven't been using gas any faster then I was before the problem started or when I got the car 5 years prior, so I highly doubt there's a leak in the lines either. While changing the injectors (the most recent of the replacements) I noticed that the fuel rail wasn't maintaining fuel pressure, but the only thing I haven't changed (that I can think of) is the regulator on the fuel rail. Even so, I would have issues starting it back up after just 10 minutes of the car sitting. If it's not the regulator, then I'm at a loss of thoughts on what else it might be. I changed the spark plugs, wires, and distributer cap within half a year or so of this happening and they seem to be good yet. Once it's running, it drives like there isn't an issue maintaining fuel pressure. I don't have any loss in power or anything. It was summer time when this happened so I'm pretty sure it's not a cold starting issues either.

Now for the electrical part:

Just recently after that other issue has been going on for a while, I took the car for a drive, started fine (with the multiple cranks issue still). It sat for about 5 hours, and went to go home , but needed a jump. It tried to crank but didn't have enough juice to do so. The only thing I thought of at the time was I left the fan for the interior on, but that shuts off with the car. Jumped it and it drove home fine. Made sure to turn everything off, fan, lights. Nothing is ever plugged in to the lighter spot when I turn it off or leave it. I went to turn it on about a week later, and the battery is completely dead. I'm assuming it's a parasitic battery drain, but I'm not 100% if it's related to the other issues or not.

Some prior things that happened are about 2 years prior it left me sit while on vacation, so I took it to a (butcher) shop. I believe it was the starting solenoid they changed, but I could be remembering wrong. Since then my oil light has been on, but there doesn't seem to be an issue, although I haven't tested pressure. That seems unrelated, but I could be wrong. The only part of my fuel system I had done by a shop (because I don't have a lift and wanted it done the right way without ripping up my trunk) was the fuel pump which might be where the problems started. I was driving it, and the fuel pump went out on me, shop replaced it, then I started having the multi crank issue. I took it back to the shop to make sure it was installed correctly, and they double checked it but said it was fine. I can trust the guy at this shop, so I can assume the pump is in right. I changed the fuel pump relay out before that, and not long after took the advice on this forum to figure out the oil light, and changed the oil thermostat as well, but now I have an intermittent dim or off temp light, and very rarely it'll get as bright as it should be (to me it seems like there "almost" isn't an issue but somehow there is). I've quadruple checked the relay and temp wires to make sure they're popped in and making a cold connection and that the thermostat is not loose.

Sorry for the 5 page essay, but it seems like everything I've read has fixed everyone else's issues, and I'm at a loss here. I appreciate all of you though!
