Door lock Actuator fix-better then OEM.

Car: '89 IROC, '14 LTZ Burb, '18 H6 Outb
Engine: 355 TPI /w Vortec
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 9 bolt 3.27
Door lock Actuator fix-better then OEM.

I replaced the OEM Actuators and they still were too weak, I came across this vid and did the same fix. Wow much better than OEM.
There are links in the vid page to the parts. Cheaper than the Dorman parts. I also removed the pivots so they don't rattle. I didn't cut the rods down just rigged them further down.

How has this been working for you since you made the fix? My actuators are strong enough to unlock but not lock the doors and I'm thinking of going with this solution.
