First Post! Need some thoughts and opinions on some broken wires.

Hi Everyone!

First post here but I picked up a 1986 Firebird from one of my buddies and I'm going through some stuff and fixing what the owner before him messed up. I need some help identifying some parts as I'm not 100% what they are.

It is a 350 sbc with a th350

Im pretty sure this is the fan relay that was butchered, also ate there not supposed to be other relays on this panel?

Pretty sure this a vacuum sorce for the hvac? I broke the line going towards the blower motor.

I am doing my own gauges but im trying to keep the turn signals and high beam indicator so im wondering if I need to replace or repair this as they had installed an aftermarket speedometer and messed up the printed circuit.

I've gotten most everything else figured out, and have a bunch of small things to undo/fix.

Next major thing after these is I have to fix the trans coolant lines as they are leaking.

Welcome aboard. Yes, the second picture is the vacuum source for the HVAC system. The input source of vacuum is the intake manifold. On the carburetor versions, it is pulled from the same source as the power brake booster. The output travels through the firewall by the HVAC box to the back of the climate selector.

I forgot one more thing.

Is this the connector for the lower dash buttons?

Yes it is,.....

Any option buttons located on the dash bezel trim panel will require a short 'connecting' harness from the option button(s) -to- that square plug in the dash housing.
