1992 Camaro RS needs interior wirning
I have a 1992 camaro that has been hacked up a bit on the interior wiring side. rather than chase shorts and or cut wires i would rather install a new wiring harness, I can only do it from 90-92 because of the gauges correct? I have no power windows or rear hatch opener. If you have a harness for sale please contact me.

This was a manual seat car with rear defrost. Adding the power for the seat is relatively easy.
if you don't come up with anything let me know, I'd have to pull it yet.

Automatic car. 305 tbi. Power windows/locks/hatch release. Rear defrost. Cruise control. Intermittent wipers. Standard dome light. Base radio/rearview mirror (non lighted) vats car obviously. I'll throw in the vats and cruise modules if you'd like, I don't need them.
the stereo harness I think was cut. I have to check.

There will be different connections for clutch pedal and backup lights. The backup lights may be engine harness side though, I'll have to check.

Re: 1992 Camaro RS needs interior wirning
i'm doing this right now with my 92. it was a bone stock rs with no options, i've bought a 90-92 dash harness from hawks, for a loaded 5.0 v8 z/28 car including the power window/locks, and mirror harness that plugs into the dash harness. well the first time they sent me the manual harness but forgot the window/lock/mirror add on harness, so they sent me another complete harness, except this time the second harness was for an automatic car. I only needed the window/locks/mirror addon harness so i unplugged it from the automatic harness, and used the manual harness they originally shipped me to replace the old original hacked up harness that came in my RS. I"ve got it totally wired up now, and just about ready to go back into the car as far as the dash is concerned. I have alot more things to wire and fix up before im ready to put it back together though... all that said, i still have a spare automatic dash harness from Hawks.. if they dont want it back and you want it i would sell it to you at a considerable discount from what hawks sells them for. just know this, swapping the entire dash harness and what not, is no small job. its been a TON of work so far, but its also so far been very rewarding as i feel that my car is finally going to be right wiring wise.

Which harness specifically is hacked? Is it the dash harness or just areas that extend out of it in the cabin of the car (seats, fuel, windows, etc).
