Re: Parking/fog lights
Mine is a Vert as well. Shouldn't matter......I'll confirm tonight and report back. I could be wrong. I haven't driven the car in weeks, as I'm doing some interior door work, and I'm 70, so my memory sometimes is not as good as it should be, and I could be confusing it with my 94 TA Vert.

Re: Parking/fog lights
@Garyschiavoni here's the way mine work.....I just checked..
First, for the fog lamps to work in any scenario, key must be on, or car running. No difference.
Select Fog Lamps but no other lights: Fog lamps do not come on.
Select both Parking lamps and Fog Lamps: Parking lamps and Fog Lamps come on. Headlamps remain stowed. (Closed.)
Select headlamps on and leave Fog lamp switch in the on position: Headlamps deploy (open,) and immediately illuminate "high-beams." Blue high beam indicator illuminates on instrument panel ........then turning Fog lamp switch off Headlamps return to low beam, and Headlamp high and low beam function control returns to "multifunction stalk" on left side of steering column.
I'm assuming that my car works as designed since i have no external light problems......and your 92 should be identical.
If I can help further, let me know.

Re: Parking/fog lights
I went though your lighting steps on my car
1 fog lamps on, nothing
2. Fog lamps with parking switch on. Both light up and headlight doors open but head lights off.
3turn on headlights with spots, all work but on low beam, then flip high beam lever and they also come on.
I would just love to drive at dusk or teal cloudy days with spots and parking lamps.
