Turn signal/hazards/brake lights electrical issues

I've owned my 87 trans am for about a year now and it's given me no electrical problems until today. While driving it around after the car had sat for about a week I noticed my right turn signal wasn't sounding right and that the arrow wasn't lighting up on the dash. While driving it started working sporadically once or twice but then would go back to what it was doing. Once I could look at it in the dark I noticed that the lights were lighting up for a fraction of a second, too dim to see in the day time and would pulse at the speed of the clicking instead of staying lit up for one click and turning off on the next. In addition, when the car is off and the brake pedal is pressed the instrument cluster and radio light up and the door buzzer starts digging, and when the hazards are turned on the cluster and door buzzer do the same thing. I'm completely puzzled because I have no idea where any of these things come together. If it means anything I've been getting SES code 53 for the alternator for a little while now. Also if anyone knows how to post a video on here I'll do that because I can't seem to figure it out.
