Ohm readings

I am ohm testing two temp senders for my gauge. one new, the other one original. One shows 2.30, the other shows 2.60. 1988 Camaro 5.7. Is this correct ? This is at 70 degrees f Thanks.

I believe that is 2300 and 2600 ohms. So, a difference of 300 ohms is really not a problem, either will work.
