I am attempting to unscrew up my wiring harness and, in the process, I am discovering many cut wires for different reasons, such as; I no longer have A/C and most of the wires are cut and basically all the computer wires are cut as well.

Now to my question(s),
I have all the wiring for my heater and the blower motor is good but, on any blower, setting there's nothing. I suspect it's either the blower motor resistor or it's the cut red wire within the photos attached.

I know I don't have the correct box, it's some custom-made thing someone else put in before me. And I know what's missing the pictures, I am the one who removed it.
