Est wire and timing

So I recently changed my head gaskets and I don’t know how my distributor alignment changed but it did. So I need to retime everything.

I’ve been googling and looking at pictures about how I need to unplug my est wire and go through a process of steps to retime the car. I can’t find my est wire though. All the pictures and posts I’ve read pointed that it’s on the passenger by the fire wall but because of all the different things I’ve seen, I don’t know exactly which one it is. I just need some helping locating it and I guess a simple step guide on how to retime. feel free to tell me if there is a different thread to post this in.

Then there’s these two weather packs that may or may not be it.

I seen someone say it was this wire but I traced this back to the light on the hood so idk.

Also it’s an 85 with a 305 in case that helps narrow it down.
