Wiper motor wiring

I am trying to wire a junkyard wiper motor from a 92 camaro into my 86 sport coupe. They have different connectors, since the 92 had a separate washer pump which I also got from the junkyard since my car had neither when I bought it. I managed to get everything wired, however the only function I'm missing is the low speed. It works on high, but just clicks when switched to low. I followed the wiring diagram for 91, tested green and grey wires coming from the car harness and both have 12v on low. Did anyone have this problem? Is there a possibility that a motor is bad?
