Hi i just completed my auto to t56 swap and i now have to wire up the dakota box, i also have a digital dash so i rather ask and check twice before i break something. Going by the picture in another tread i came up with this is it the right way?

IGNITION+ to +12v pink black wire on the bufferbox
GROUND- to ground grey black wire on the bufferbox
SPD+ not used
INPUT to yellow from T56 VSS
SPD- to purple from T56 VSS
OUT1 not used
OUT2 not used
OUT3 to cruise control red black wire on the bufferbox
OUT4 to speedometer green black wire on the bufferbox
OUT5 not used
That just leaves the ecm wire.... Where does that go? Also in out3?

 

What year car ? Tpi ? Tbi ?

 

Sorry forgot that info, the car is a 1988 trans am 305 tpi

 

A10 of the ecm gets a 2k ppm signal from the Dakota digital
