In over my head with wiring1986 Iroc-z TPI, I won’t give up but I need help.
I bought this 1986 iroc z TPI as a project. The wiring is taking me for a ride.
I have the engine harness and c100 put back in.
under the dash harness was all completely disconnected. I tried connecting everything back and there’s plugs that don’t have anywhere to connect too.
fuse panel has power to about 2-3 fuses (25 amp)
ignition switch has power to yellow and red.
if I turn the key nothing happens.
I know I’m kind of all over the place but there’s so much going on; I don’t know where to start. I been reading some diagrams but I need help. Thanks in advance. The 2 green 30amp have power but that’s it. I think the 2 reds are the only ones with power. These come out from under the firewall. Above the radio Same above the radio with the round relay/fuse thing taken off.

Make a list. What on your C100 matches the diagrams, and has a proper other end (going to gauges for example) and gets a ✔️ ? Or, what missing a terminal or wire, or a finished other end and gets a red X? Take it one step at a time.
Do you get power out of C100 to any circuit? It is probably time to consider following the step by step diagnostics of the factory Helms svc. manuals. They always got me through problems that no one online or local could answer. I believe they're available reprinted on Rock Auto. If the radio lacks power, it will point you to a specific wire and fuse at C100. If those don't have power, it will point you primary power at fusible liinks. Very logical and time saving.
It is tough to tell how much change or damage you have. A second set of eyes or other near-identical car can help. I know if I needed to check something on my 86, my Helms would be a resource, and so would my buddy's 85. You're not alone in Westsylvania, but you do need to consider using known-correct references.

Sounds like one of your fusible links, at the starter, is bad. Each of those powers about half of the car. Think of them as being like the main breaker in your house, except that instead of one, there are 2.

I currently don’t have any fusable links yet , it has a direct wire to the starter no VATS either.

a direct wire to the starter
Well, same problem. There should be 2 such wires. The car will probably have more things working when you hook up the other one.
And put FLs back in it ASAP. Again, they're like the main breaker in your house: they protect all the highest-power parts of the car's wiring, namely the Big Red Wires, from starting a fire and burning the car to the ground, in the event of a fault (short) in that circuit, which can draw MASSIVE amounts of current. VERY VERY unwise not to have them, ESPECIALLY when working on the wiring, and it's exposed and vulnerable to misfortune.
"Out from under the firewall" is all the stuff for the blower motor and its speed resistors.
"Above the radio" is the turn signal flasher and I can't tell what else, since I can't see the wires.
Bottom half of "above the radio" is a hack job probably involving a former stereo installation.
"With the round..." is the wires that were plugged into the flasher. Not sure why they're unplugged now when they were just fine before. The flasher can't work without its wires, nor the wires without the flasher. Plug it back in and mount it where it goes, which is in a sort of clippy thing on the back side of the dash, near across the bottom, to the right of the steering column.

Made it home this weekend, it was my only day off, Ended up pulling my harness’s. I’m going to replace any broken connector, repair all hacked wiring, and label every circuit/wire. I work out of state and have more time in my travel trailer then I do at home, I figured I’d make the best of it.
