Help still no lights / Cluster

Hey guys, i have a very good condition 1989 IROC / 5 speed 1 OWNER i bought 3 years ago. So from the go the lights in the right part of dash were not working , dimmer works fine. So i changed de bulbs for LED's, checked everything witch works off the car but when i put the cluster in i have the same issue with new LED's. So i ordered a brand new Circuit board that i installed.... Guess what. right part of cluster not working. The car as 90 000km, always stored in garage for its life time. Any input will be appreciated ....i am at the point of ordering the Hawk motorsport consoles replica but will i have the same issue ?

A car in that kind of condition shouldn't have an issue with a cluster harness contact, but you've changed bulbs and circuit boards, so check the ground and/or power contacts in the C1 and C2 connectors where the cluster plugs into the car's harness, or you might still have the problem with anything else you connect to the cluster connections. My car's a Firebird, but the pinouts are probably similar or the same as a Camaro.

Pin 2 in the C2 connector is a ground that's exclusively for right-side illumination, so check that contact to make sure it's intact, clean and isn't contacting something else and shorting out or fed by a broken wire.

Pin 2 in the C1 connector is a ground that's shared between left-side illumination and turn signals/high beam indicators, so if all of that works, then that ground is obviously ok.

Pin 3 in both connectors, C1 and C2, is power for illumination and dimming. If you follow the circuit, it loops all the way around both sides to each connector, so they don't appear to be exclusive to either side, but they might be. You said dimming works, so you're obviously getting power to, at least, one of those.

Now I don't have a Camaro, mine is a Firebird but this information is from the 1989 Camaro service manual and I have no way of knowing whether it is correct or not, so let me know if it is accurate.
If your gage cluster looks like this on the front.

It should look like this on the back side.

Although Con 2 Pin 2 is a ground for the E-Brake it looks like Con 2 Pin 9 is the illumination ground.
