whats the best aftermarket ignition?

msd, crane, who?
i plan on building a 383 on spray and i thought the best msd would be lots. i got to reading that a crane is better. than someone told me fireball is good too. im just wondering whats best for my situation.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Jacobs systems, and once I drop in the new motor, I'll be switching out my MSD for it. Although, to be fair, I've never had a problem with the MSD, the installation was childsplay, it works great, and definitely gives a hellacious spark. I'll definitely be reinstalling the MSD into my other Camaro.
