43. Low voltage at electronic spark timing circuit

what is this in english? it really only happens if i dont let the car warm up for 5 mins. i have an all new ignition system with an MSD 6AL box, new distributor, wires ect.. the whole 9 yards. what can be causing this? also how much of a problem is this? should this get fixed before i add a 200 shot or is this nothing i need to worry about?

From the book of knowledge: "Check the voltage at the ECM A-B connector terminal B-7; it should be 6 volts unless the system is experiencing detonation. Check for a loose connection. Replace the ESC sensor and/or module." Check for a loose connection at the Throttle Position Sensor also. Good Luck!!
