help with wiring regulator
Im working on hooking up a regulator on a old ford truck and was wondering if anyone could give me a hand with a couple things.
On the alternator there are terminals labelled "sta", "fld", "Batt", and a ground
The regulator i have has the terminals "fld", "Batt", "L" and "Gen or Arm" and a ground
Anyone know how about i would go hooking this up?
Its a generic regulator but i figured it should do the trick.
I know its a ford, but i thought someone might have some experience.
Thanks in advance
