Stupid fuse question

My fogs don't work. The light for the interior button doesn't come on either. Since getting to the fogs is gonna be a pain (trim in the way) is there supposed to be a fuse in the box for the fogs? Where it indicates fogs in my fusebox is an empty slot. There's also no corresponding number for fuse size.
It's for a 92 GTA

If I'm not mistaken the fogs will only come on when the running lights are on and then they will go out if the highbeams are on(at least thats the way my 86 is). I also think the fogs are on a fussible link instead of a traditional fuse, don't know where to look for the link though may be near the battery, I think there is a relay for them mounted on the radiator support near the battery.

That's the way they're supposed to work.
I guess it's time to start tracing wires
I hate electrical problems.
