ESC q's

what does the esc look like and where can i find it on my 91Z 305.... is it possible to run without it?

The ESC or "Electronic Spark Control" module is located in the distributor. It has three connectors - external to the distributor, a 4 pin connector that runs to the ECM, and a 2 pin connector that runs to the coil. Internal to the distributor, it has a 2 pin connector that runs to the magnetic pickup coil.
