Wiper Motor

I am having problems with the wipers on an 83 Z28 Camaro. The motor has been replaced, yet the still do not work. The linkage and arms are fine, so it seems to be in the circuitry. If anyone has wiring diagrams or know where to find them that would be great.

on older general motors products, the wiper motor got a ground through the bolts holding the motor to the firewall. bolts can become corroded and not make acceptable electrical contact.

to check if that your problem, hold a jumper wire to an exposed metal portion of the motor case while you have a friend turn the wipers on and hold the other end of the wire to a good ground source such as exhaust manifold or battery negative terminal. do the wipers now work?
