Hey all i am trying to replace my key cylinder. I have got the wheel off. I have the tool to remove the lock plate but it is not working. Is there something that i need to do special.

There is a small steel ring you need get out of the groove once you depress the lock plate, then it should come off as you release the pressure of the tool. Take out the spring and T/S cancelling cam. There is one long bolt with a Torx head that holds the cylinder in place. Once removed the cylinder will pop right out. Very easy.
