Will this switch work?

I happen to have a few lighted rocker switches around, and I wanted to hook up a manual fan switch. The switches are only rated at 16 amps, is that too low? Is there a way to get a round that? From what I understand I just need to hook up the green/white ground wire that goes to the fan switch to the acc. pin on the switch, ground out the supply volts pin, and a 12v ignition wire to the one labeled ground?

That switch should be fine, since all you need to do is hook one end of the switch to the fan relay, and the other to ground. since thats all the fan temp sensor does, is gound out the relay to turn it on.

Yeah, as long as you hook it up so you're switching the low current to the relay, not the fan directly, you should be fine. Sounds like that's what you're doing. The green/white wire is the one connecting to the temp switch in the cylinder head, right? That sounds right. I should know since I was just looking at mine two days ago, but don't quite remember. If that's the wire you're talking about, you're set.
