Removing ECU harness

I'm in a middle of removing the ECU harness, but it's harder than I thought. The car used to be 2.8 V6 (TPI) but now it's a 350cid V8 with carb and almost no eletrics at all I need that harness as complete as possible, because I have to sell it. So I have a few questions. Hope you have time to answer. PS: I have read the archive. Found some answers, but not all.
1. How do you remove the "plate" in right fender? I thought maybe I could cut a hole in there and then take it out with that plastic piece. Also I could cut the wires and pull them through but I prefer no cutting
2. Do I need the wires that go from ECU to the beneath the dash?
3. Through that right fender go also some wires that come from beneath the dash. Are those also necessary (I think they are, but I don't know)?
3. Some wires go to the distributor. I've been driving without the ECU for months now so I think those aren't neccessary but I think that tach is wired to the distributor. (By the way, tach is from V6. Does it show the right numbers?)
So I would like some kind of help what kind of wires and relays I can remove. What to get that process done quite quickly because my car was garaged during the winter I now I would like to drive with it PS: doesn't anybody have a full electric diagram in the internet? Thank you all.
