adj fuel pressure regulator CHEAP CHEAP
EDIT: upon further inspection it is used
for 85-92 tpi 5.0 or 5.7 will fit all stock tpi fuel rails still sealed comes with the steel casing with adjustor, and internal regulator part,
looks to be crane
will let go for oh $40 shipped LOWERD
