86 Iroc parting out 383sbc.WC-T5,hooker long tube
Gauging interest-
This is an 86 Iroc, red,Cowl hood, 100K+ miles on body, 80k+ on T-5 trans, Rebuilt 3.73 Auburn rear, 10k miles on spec stg 3 clutch and 10k miles on new 385ci motor. The is straight but has paint chips on the bumpers and some door dings on the sides. It has T-tops with new seals installed. The interior is out but I do have a new carpet for it if you want it. It has Hooker super comp long tube headers,custom mufflex Y-pipe & flowmaster catback. It runs and drives great.
engine specs are:
Holley 780 carb,
Weiand intake
Old style 350 block(non rolloer cam) bored .040 over
Speed pro forged flattop pistons, moly rings
Eagle forged rods
Eagle forged crank
clevite bearings
Rebuilt Corvette "113" heads(non ported)
it has a campcam in it, 226@.50 w/ about 500 lift. (nice torquey cam)
Complete motor- from Air filter to oil pan. $2500
Complete T-5 (WC from 87 Tran am) set up. comes with trans, bellhousing, clutch, flywheel, pedals, hydrolics, shifter, and all the bolts. $600
Camaro body, (no motor,trans,hood or rear) $500 (pick up only)
Cowl hood- $250 (Pick up only)
10 bolt rear- 3.73 gears, auburn posi, 28 spline Strange axles $400.
16" Iroc wheels $250

I am interested in the rear, but it's a bit pricey for me. What are the specs on it? Who makes the gears and is the rear disc or drum and do they come with it? Any new price for the rear yet???

The rear is a drum brake rear, it comes complete drum to drum. It has Richmond gears.
The tires are beat, not worth shipping them. The rims are clean but they have the normal clear coat issues.

The rear sounds pretty good. I am assuming there is nothing wrong with it and the Posi is tight? I would still like to see some pictures. If everything is fine I'll give you $350 for the rear and I'll come pick it up? Can I get an address to Mapquest. Is it out of the car yet? If not I'll pull it if you would take $300.

The trans will go as a complete setup(trans, bellhousing,pedals,etc.), not just the tranny alone.
