He has the money for a 89 RS roller that needs a tranny (read #49)now. I think that is what came up. His Mommy and Daddy told him to return the engine for his money back, but Mommy and Daddy won't call and talk to me. He is right that I will not give your money back because you changed your mind,building a different project or Mommy and Daddy said so. I have no bad feedback on this site or any site. In fact, I mainly sell on Ebay and I have a 300+ rating with 100% feedback. Ask me for details if you wish, you will get a good laugh when I tell you about this kid and his brother.

CASEY, out of all the sites I sell and buy on this site has always been my biggest headache and you just made it a migraine!! No offense to you few good buyers and sellers on this site. I sell at the most 1% of the stuff I have on this site so no water off my back. I'm glad you spent $200 for a paper weight!! When you make up a lie in the future make up one and stick to it, you and your brother couldn't keep all the lies you told me straight. I believe you couldn't scrap up the money for the tranny for the 89 roller and tried to return the engine so you could buy a tranny. To all in the future who would like to buy from me, I give a warranty on mechanical parts that means that they will operate as I've stated it and if not I will return your money within the 30 day period from day of purchase. I will not refund your money if you change your mind, buy another project, Mommy and Daddy said to return it etc. If anyone sells to Casey aka tweek1957 I recommend no returns,as-is and no money back for any reason deal.

Is that a threat? You created this mess, if thats what you want to call it. If you wnat to go to court that's fine with me. I would suggest for your own safety to stay far away from my house. BTW, I did take down your plate # of the truck you came over in. If there is any problems it will be easy for the law to track you down. Unless you like jail, I would think hard before you try anything stupid.

 

I do have all the different phone #'s you used to call me and again it will be easy for the law to track you down. Your brother (Steven) said he was going to contact a lawyer, I'm still waiting to hear from your lawyer. What's the hold up? Did your lawyer laugh at you?

 

The Austell police detective just called to let me know that he spoke with you. I knew someday having 5 law enforcement officers as neighbors would come in handy!! Have your lawyer contact me and I will give them my info when your ready to go to court. As the detective told you do not contact me anymore in anyway shape or form. Your lawyer can contact me.
