How much are you looking to get from the engine and tranny

 

I would like $3000 for the engine and tranny. I have way over $7000 wrapped up into it. I still have all receipts from machine work and transmission rebuild. The transmission rebuild alone was $1300. I will include the headers, custom 02 setup and all wiring\computer intake plastic etc. thanks Mike

They are 87 Iroc rims . I am asking 400 with the new tires. The tires are z rated. I am located in Milton,FL 32583.

What compression ratio is the 383? thanks John

 

I calculated a DCR of 10.3 to 1 using the cam profile, head gasket thickness, stroke and bore to come up with this.. The pistons are flat tops with a -6cc valve recess. Thanks Mike

 

Thanks mike, I am running a supercharger so I think the compression is a little on the high side

 

I would be willing to sell just the block.. With 76cc heads you would be looking at 9.3 to 1..Depending on your cam if you use a little more radical cam than the one I have it would bleed off some DCR. I am not sure if that would be to high but I would be willing to pull everthing to facilitate your engine swap-over.. thanks Mike

I need a complete wiring harness for my 87 IROC. It's got TPI, air, cruise, all the options. Everything from the firewall forward. I think the harness is in 3 sections. If you dont want to sell the ECM section then I'll take the remaining sections that run down either fenderwell. See PM for my addy.
