These have served me well on my 86 IROC. They are very solid with no leaks or cracks and no O2 sensors. They were once nicely painted black when I initially installed them 8 years ago, however they can be sanded down to bare metal and painted again. The car has always been stored in a dry garage and what you see is only surface rust. The unfortunate things was that I had to modify the passenger side to make it fit around the starter. Makes for a cheap horsepower upgrade. $20.00 US or Cdn it doesn't really matter anymore.
I've just installed some very nice HTC coated ones and I'm repackaging the old ones in the new box along with the mounting bolts. If you want to calculate your shipping cost, here is the weight and dimension of the box.
