Not too excited about meeting halfway when your coming from GA! but actually im looking for about 30 things. One being a 3" cowl hood and i seem to remember you had one?

 

i do have one, it needs to be fixed though. it flew off the car and needs some 'glass repair. anyone good with fiberglass would have no problems, but i don't see it as an even trade. i'd need to come up with something else on my end.

i hear ya on the meet halfway, but VA is alittle more than just a one day trip for me

 

its it a bolt on or pin on no hinge cowl? Do you know why it flew off? Can you send any pictures? Who makes the cowl?

 

it was made by www.championfiberglassproducts.com it's a bolt on style hood. it flew off because i didn't have the latch on the front of the hood, just hood pins, and i forgot to put the hood pins on it before going around the block. i was probably only going 25 when it came off, but it was how fast i got there that made it take off.

i know R&L Carriers do, i think Swift does, pretty much any carrier. there's one located about 10 miles from me. i'll have to give them a call and see what they want.
