I have a used 9 bolt posi and gears for sale out of a crunched car odo read 104k on it and was bone stock looks to be in GC but i have not disassembled unit looking for 200$ shipped for posi/gears please e-mail me at rwhoag1969@verizon.net as I'm not on this board often as I used to be-thanks

 

Without opening it for inspection, it's impossible to know if it's worth $200 or $1 (since they are not rebuildable).

I didn't realize the cones were available now. Good to know! They are easy to open with an impact wrench. Just make sure you mark everything to get it back in the same orientation. I'm interested if the cones haven't hit bottom yet and the spiders are good.

 

thats what i mean pretty easy to come apart but hard to put back together- ive NEVER had a posi that had so many parts in it as a 9 bolt does
