3.23 is a 10 bolt. If it has 3.27 and has 9 bolts on the cover, this will fit. Being an 89 Formula it should fit if it is a 9 bolt.

i counted the bolts on the cover and there was 9. If i am right the gears in it are 3.23's? maybe they are 3.27 all i remember was they were in that area

If it has 9 bolts. Then it should have 3.27 assuming you have the G92 package on your spid sheet. If so, these will fit.

I have internals.. and machined posi cones... Carrier isn't any good. If want it, just give me $10 more to ship it all.
