Motor turned 7200 in low gear, made peak power around 6800. Less than 15k miles on all parts; roller cam, rods, rings/bearings less than 10k, less than 1k on Crane lifters. Currently top end removed and pan loose for inspection, have new gaskets to go with it, can be bought as pieces or re-assembled.

It is in great shape, I would run it again in a minute if I had a use for it. Treated me very well as my hot rod through college. Been keeping the ol' friend around, but I have no use for it, and if it sold I could buy some things I could use.


Hoping for quick sale to pick-up BBC short-block, asking $2650 with h-beams or $2500 w/ GM "powder forged" rods, floated w/ good bolts; complete, carb to oil-pan, including dizzy, plugs, & wires. - I have well over that in the top end alone.
