Like the title says I am parting out a complete car. It is a 1987 Firebird 2.8L V6 5 speed. Car has 120k. I bought the car for the wiring harnesses for my LT1 swap. Among a few other things.

Everything is for sale. Body is in bad shape, I think it has one good fender. The engine runs, good oil pressure. Pretty much make an offer on what your looking for.

PM and/or post here to make sure I do not miss anyone.

Where is Pendleton? I need doors... And the upper radiator mount (the plastic piece). Also, which is the good fender?

Oh, and how much for the third brake light, including the wiring? And the plastic trim that surrounds it?

maverick- leroy - like outside of Rochester? if so I am about 1 hr from you. doors are decent, have rust on the inside of the bottom, like most doors around here. radiator mount is probably good for selling, the good fender is drivers side. The third brake light in this car was in the spoiler, I sold it. --- that being said I do have a third brake light that bolts into the hatch.. I think its 86 only though.

bluebird- you are right, about 2 miles south of lockport. if it has a pull down hatch, it doesn't work. I will check into it. the tail lights are good, I "think" one has a hairline crack in it, I will have to ck. the center piece (with the key hole) is in great shape. front seats have covers on them, I know the drivers side is ripped on the bolster, I havn't looked at the pass. side. the center console I remember being nice, i will have to double ck splitting, maybe take more photos.

Too bad the good fender is on the driver's side... So is mine (or it would be if it were installed right now). The 3rd brake light was under the spoiler for both 86 and 87... I'm trying to put mine back where it belongs and need the contact point by the latch loop (of which I also need), and the plastic surrpund as mine is broke on one side.

You're a little more than an hour away from me... I had to get a radio serviced at Rex in Lockport (warranty repair) and it was about an hour and a half from me depending on the traffic.

What cluster does yours have? I have a full gauge cluster with the electric speedo that I don't need. The only missing gauge is the tach, as someone else has bought it already. If you have the idiot lights, it won't work (idiot light cluster has the cable speedo).

Re: Parting out complete 1987 Firebird 5 speed
You would need an electric trans-mounted VSS with gear (if the gear you have is one of those with the built-in shaft), VSS buffer box, and you would possibly need to rewire one of the instrument panel connectors for the additional speedo signal pin, and the wiring that goes with the VSS, of course, if it's not already in the trans harness. That's at the very least. Mine came with the gauges cluster, so I didn't have to deal with it.

full regular gauge cluster on this car.

shifter plate is broken behind ash tray/ in front of shifter cut out

the cracked taillight is "right side" or passenger side, left side is mint
seats both stay upright fine, the seats have covers on them, but I could feel the drivers side was ripped and folded a little... when I get some time this week ill pull the covers off and take more pics
