built this for my gta. it is a factory 4 bolt main roller cam block punched 30 over with forged pistons. all machine work was done locally by dave hiayatt in clovis, ca (receipt for 1100 dollars and warranty) it has a zz4 cam (gotta pass smog) brand new lifters, spider, and dog bone retainers. new billet alluminium timing chain cover and new balancer. i have receipt for parts to rebuild the bottom end totaling 900 dollars. also 195 cc afr heads with oversized valve springs good for .700 lift. bolted down with arp head studs (12 point). i also have a external coil msd distributor and a set of hooker headers i can include. all added up i have well over $5500 in this setup. but i sold the car and have no desire to build another. prices are as follows, shortblock only (no heads, studs distributor headers etc) 2k. will sell all for 4k obo. will ship but that will be added on to the price. may consider partial trade, key word partial. need some cash for a 99 trans am convertible i am considering purchasing. should i buy that i will be needing some ls1 parts as it was gutted for the engine tranny and computer. best way to reach me is by email

will consider selling heads off the engine. they are 1038's with the oversized springs to prevent valve float. if the block has not sold i want 1600 shipped
