im in the process of an lt1 swap right now and i just removed my 305 with t5 5 speed. the motor just rolled past 160,xxx, but still ran great. the t5 comes with bellhousing, flywheel, slave cylinder and clutch( was replaced at 100,xxx. so i recomend changing but it worked fine for me, never sliped or anything, just poped out of second once in awhile, but it never happened twice in a row. sorry but shifter is not included. i will take $250 for the t5 and all its accessorys. i can ship if buyer does the arangements but i recommend pickup. as for the 305 goes, i can tear it down and give you what you need. motor ran great just has a bad valve seal, and dented oil pan(happened during swap, never drivin while it was dented.
