William..I think they wantd to know if it was out of a caprice/impala or f body or corvette. I dont know if their are differences.

is it from an F-body and are there any differences between the Fbody Lt1s and the others, if there are not then it makes no difference

To be honest I have no idea. Bought it with the intention to put it onto a 305 tbi then found out ny engines actually a 350 tbi with a flat tappet
