They are both for serpentine belt. I believe, the 83 was a v belt? The four seasons part number on one of them is a 57941. hope this helps

87 has a combination of ribbed (serpentine style belt) belt & v-belt but 87 is not the serpentine style that 1 belt turns everything.

Looks like that bracket set is for 88-92. I will know early next week if my bud at the boneyard comes up with the whole kit. Gotta give him first crack at it. i have two plenums, but will post pics when i get home. located at 88012. I sold my last metal distributor cover. I only have a plastic one left.

 

intake plenums posted! the early one has a date code of 1987 and casting number 14081006 where the later one is 1989 with casting 10108468.
