WS6 89 Formula stock front brakes - like new
i finally got my SSBC 1LE kit at the end of June. while Jegs was telling me that the parts had already shipped, SSBC was telling me they were still waiting on spindles. if i call them today, they will probably still tell me thay are waiting on spindles.
i got the brake kit on and am not happy with the brake lines that it came with. they are too long and really should have been steel braided.
the first place i called was Ed at Fly'n'bye (who has always been very cool to talk to). i was telling him about my issue and my intention to acquire some braided lines. i was even going to see if he wanted my stock spindles. just then, my annoying wife calls me for no good reason, i tell her im on the other line - two seconds later Ed had hung up. i call back, a woman answers the phone, i tell her what happened, she says Ed just steped out (he literally had to have dropped the phone and ran out the door.) she takes my number so he can call me back. three hours later, i call back, explain who i am, she says "he'll call me when he calls me - as if i was being pushy. anyway, he never called back. i was just trying to buy his product.
why do i bring this up? because its my pet peeve. nothing turns me off like being treated as though it is assumed that i am not a serious customer - like i'm just a dreamer who doesnt have money for parts.

i have for sale the stock spindles, rotors, like new calipers, and like new ceramic pads - and whatever else came off the front brakes). i have no idea what something like that is worth, or who (other than a bone stock restoration owner) would want my stuff. make an offer.
i live in Washington State.

so thats Washington State to New Jersey. so, its far and its heavy. i'll weigh the stuff and find out what the shipping will cost. i'll ponder what i feel is a fair price for the parts. feel free to make an offer on what you think a fair price would be minus shipping.

If you use a large USPS Proirity Mail box its 15.90 and I think both rotors will fit. The other parts would either fit in a medium USPS box and that's like 11.20 I think. So even if you had to use 2 large boxes that puts you at 30.80 in shipping. I was thinking like $60 for the parts with out shipping. So $90 shipped I think is fair

What brand are the rotors and pads? If they are an Ebay knockoff I really wouldn't pay that price. Also you realize these are used parts... Pics would help me ascertain the condition of the parts and make me a little more comfy throwing the extra ten. Get back to me when you figure out the shipping.

dude! sorry it has taken so long for me to take any action on this. i hope time was not a factor here (other than me coming off as flakey.) work, house warming party, getting my garage set up... i havnt had time to do something as simple as go to the post office or UPS store. i did take pics today of the the parts in question. if you're still interested i can get to the UPS store on Friday.
