ZZ4 Top end (heads, cam), 4bolt 355 in bag

I bought this stuff for one of my Corvettes. Well, the frame on my '79 is too gone to be repaired and since it had the built motor that's going in my '75.

So I've got these ZZ4 heads and cam sitting around collecting dust.

The heads are polished. I didn't do that, but what I did do was replace all the springs with brand new GM performance parts 12495494 springs. (LT4, ZZ4) and 19171528 retainers.

$600 for the heads and cam, plus shipping.

I've also got a 4 bolt main, roller block. 1994 casting. Was hot tanked, magged, bored .030 over, brass freeze plugs, cam bearings, etc. $600

I don't think I can ship the block, but if I did, buy pays shipping.

I didn't redo them. They were rebuilt by the guy I bought them from. 3/8 studs, comp cams plates, new springs. Not sure if he did a valve job or anything, probably not.

I then decided to buy the LT4/ZZ springs, retainers. The springs I bought have more spring pressure than the older ZZ4 springs.

PM me an offer if you are still interested.

Interested in the heads, since I already have the cam. Just want to clarify a few things. What's the max lift on those springs? Would I be able to throw some 1.5/1.6 split ratio roller rockers on without a problem? Are they ready to install, or is work needed?

I gotta check the install height, but I think it's around 1.780"

Coil bind is 1.220"

So that's .560" lift at bind. I'd allow .030" for clearance.

ZZ4 cam is .470" at 1.5, .501" at 1.6.

The heads are clean and ready to run. I actually have not put the new springs in, (old ones are still on) they are new in box but I'll do that if someone wants to buy the heads. Or perhaps someone will want to buy them without the new springs + retainers at a lower price.

Aluminum, 113 casting. Not vortec.

I'll go out in the shop in a bit and take pictures.

Do the heads flow more than stock Corvette 113's?
