Didn't want to jack your thread, But I don't have enough posts to PM you on 'plugs' for converting LT-1 heads
(if you still make them) and where in the port does one have to add material to use on a older SBC?
And I'm an ol fart that isn't on Face book like my kids.

obviously these are used shafts to start with but do you pick and choose from yards which ones you decide to convert? reason I ask is I've had a few of the Cherokee shafts and most of the ones I've found do have some u joint slop due to age, hard to find a clean low mile tight one. I may be interested in an astro shaft but only if there is zero slop in either of the joints. please advise, thx.

I suppose where I was going was Do you not find any Astro shafts with slop? Do all of your shafts have zero slop? Obviously shaft to shaft would be different age/ mileage, and potentially condition of u joints.

Up for sale is a fully cleaned, prepped, painted and welded jeep cherokee steering shaft and Astro Van steering shafts . I have plenty available. The are ready to rock. I'm asking $ 50 shipped for the cherokee shafts and $60 for the Astro shafts to the lower 48. I do accept paypal.
