305 HO cylinder heads 14102187
I have a set of 305 HO cylinder on the shelf that were overhauled for a project I had. I no longer have the project and it's time to let this stuff go. The heads were overhauled by Mid-State in Santa Maria. I have some new-ish center-bolt valve covers to go with and possibly I could throw in a set of ARP head bolts.

#187 cylinder heads are swirl port heads. Far from H.O. heads by all means. They came on TBI engines not the more high performance TPI or HO carbed engines.

True; they did come off a TBI engine. These heads also have the 1.84" intake valves vs. the more common 1.72" intake valves on other 305 heads. I've read some comments that these heads are barely swirl port heads. Years ago one of the car mags built a 350 truck engine with these type heads for a torque engine.
