"Formula" script valve covers [ Eastern NE ]

Hi,

Have a set of custom "Formula" script valve covers for sale. Perimeter bolt. A couple nicks around the bolt holes but otherwise in great shape.

They were made by Ansen (non-customs retail for around $180).

I love them but went to coil-on-plug so have to go.

Asking $120 + whatever shipping costs.

Pete

What did you use for your coil on plug?

I actually ended up having to build them out of a pair of generic Summit covers, because I couldn't find anything that worked. Turns out people aren't really building many Gen I coil-on-plug engines, so not much aftermarket.

Thanks, I'm doing the same as you.
Going to run an LS computer.
Having trouble finding a electronic throttle body.

I can see that being a challenge, if you're looking for the TPI-style two blade. Don't believe I've ever seen one of those.

The cam sensor part was easy. Dropped in. Had some challenges with the crank trigger. If you have questions as you go though it, PM me.

Thanks, I will.
Trying to find a blade type electronic TB for the TPI Manifold.
I'm planning on using the timing cover with the cam and crank sensors built in.
Did you go DBC or DBW?

I didn't use a setup with the timing cover. The cam sensor is a hall-effect built into a mock distributor (still drives the oil pump).

The crank trigger is a 36-1 Holley wheel and hall-effect, sandwiched between the damper and crank pulley.
