complete 350 tpi or tbi setup needed

i need a complete tpi setup including distributor and sensors.i am willing to pay $150.00 .if you got something around that price, let me know.it has to fit a 350 with centerbolt heads.i will also consider tbi setups as well.i need this stuff now ,so if you got it , let me know.
