Yes,the title is correct,I actually want a 305.I'm looking for a 305,longblock or a bit more complete,needs to run and be fairly dependable.It ain't worth what it costs to rebuild one,I'd really prefer it have a 200R4 or 700 hanging on the back that is functional.I'm building a DD S10,305/auto overdrive would be a fantastic drivetrain for me.Must be cheap and within a reasonable driving distance of Springfield,Mo.Email me at bloertcher@aol.com,or call 417-844-8351

 

i have a 305 longblock out of a 91 rs, rebuilt about 7k miles ago, ran good. im asking 100, but im located in NJ near NYC, i could ship though.

 

What do you think shipping would cost?I'd be very interested if shipping isn't completely crazy.

 

I read your ad on thirdgen regarding motor do you have pictures and more infomation on motor? Why are you selling a motor that only has 7k on it if I may ask. I was looking into rebuilding one of my 305's but if you've got one that you are willing to sell for that price I'd be interested in it. Let me know i'm in Woodbridge New Jersey.............

 

i'll have to look into shipping later today or tomorrow, i have a pallet from a ls1 i just bought so packaging the motor it would be easy. I'll get an estimate to the springfeild MO area, i'll see what itll cost to your door, and what it would cost if you pick it up at a terminal in springfeild since there should be a truck terminal around due to the fact its a decent size city.

dee555, i parted out many f bodies(30+), and this motor one came out of a 91 rs which the body was just rotting away, floors, quarters, firewall etc. I had the paperwork for the rebuild but since lost it. I have several motors so an extra 305 isnt really much use to me. If shipping to MO is too much and "Irockz" isnt interested i'll let you know.

Irockz.. i checked with several online freight shipping companies and the range of rates i got was 300-400 from here in NJ(near NYC) down to Springfield MO. That was actually more than i expected it to be. Just let me know. -paul
