want to drop a 93-05 LT1,LS6,LT4 or Ls1 engine w/ or w/o tranny(92 corvette) into my 92 firebird. $1500 or less

I have 2 complete lt1 engines a 1993 and a 1996..also have an auto and a t-56...

thanx for the advice

btw ive won a bid for a 96 lt1 and tranny for $700 nearby on ebay

but if things dont go through im still lookin

so keep lettin me know if u have an engine im looking for

is a lt1 better than a stock 350 i mean i got a carb engine is an lt1 something like efi? should i get an lt1 block

well most likely. since u say in your info that u have an 88 camaro, if u have the stock 350 that came with your 88 camaro then yes because your 350 probably had anywhere from 220-240 hp and the lt1 350 are at least 285 stock and even more for the newer they are. if u can get a ls1 that is even better. but if your 350 is an older one(65-74) then u should keep that and beef it up.

now remember guys im lookin for a drivetrain setup. lets not turn this into and engine swap discussion.

I have a 98 LS1, complete rebuilt engine, no wiring or intake but everything heads down. PM me if interested.
